Services
If software can solve it, I'll solve it.
I look at the problem, not the category. Even so, most of what comes in falls into one of these three.
Under each one I've written what I do, exactly what you end up holding, and how long it takes.
01
Websites and marketing
The face you show the world.
Corporate and marketing sites, single-page launch sites, a rebuild of the site you already have. A site that says what the company does on the first screen, holds up on a phone, and opens in seconds.
I don't build on templates. Every page is designed around your business. This is the work I do most, and I don't hand it over until it looks good.
What you end up with
- A design made for you, page by page
- Separate layouts for phone, tablet and desktop
- Launch, domain setup and business email connection
- The technical groundwork to be found in search
- A structure that lets you change the content later
Two weeks on average
02
Dashboards and internal systems
The screen you run the business on.
An interface where you see orders, quotes, stock or customer records in one place, and your team can use it too. It usually replaces a pile of spreadsheets, a group chat, and the question of who had that file last.
Everyone gets their own login, and who changed what and when stays on record. I build the screens around the flow your team actually uses, instead of squeezing your business into an off-the-shelf dashboard.
What you end up with
- User accounts and permission levels
- Screens for records, search and filtering
- A summary screen that shows the state at a glance
- Spreadsheet export and data import
- A layout that works from a phone in the field
Usually shorter than a marketing site
03
Automation and integrations
The work that runs without you.
Repetitive manual work running itself. A form landing where it should the moment it is submitted, systems talking to each other, the report arriving before you ask for it.
This is usually the cheapest and fastest win. If something takes half an hour of your day, it can be set up once and never thought about again.
What you end up with
- Automatic routing for forms, orders and requests
- Email, WhatsApp and in-app notifications
- Daily and weekly reports, sent automatically
- Existing systems connected to each other
- Checks that tell you when something goes wrong

Work that isn't on the list
The three above are the most common, not all of it. Most jobs sit somewhere between them anyway: a small dashboard behind a marketing site, a few automations next to a dashboard. If what you have in mind doesn't fit neatly here, tell me anyway and we'll look at it together.
The durations are averages. They move with how complex the job is and how much is already on my desk, and I give you a firm date in the first conversation.
Most of my time goes into design. That is also why dashboard and automation work finishes faster.
Frequently asked
Common questions
How do you price a project?
By the job, not by the hour. We talk through what needs building and pin down the scope, then I give you one price. If the scope grows along the way we talk about it first, rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
How long does it take?
Two weeks on average for a marketing site. Dashboards and automations are usually quicker, because most of my time goes into design. I give you a firm date after the first conversation, once I can see the scope.
How does the process work?
First I listen to how the business runs, then we shorten the list. After that I build until there is a real screen to talk about, because decisions made without seeing the screen usually turn out wrong. The last stage is the longer half of the job: the spacing, the transition, the moment it loads.
Who will I be dealing with?
Me. Design, code, launch and everything after it run through one person. No agency, no project manager, no email chain that loses people. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
What happens after delivery?
I don't disappear once the site or the dashboard goes live. I fix what comes up and help with small content and layout changes. If you need a new feature after that, we scope it as its own piece of work.
I already have a site or a system. Will you work on it?
Yes. Rebuilding an existing site is one of the most common things I'm asked for. Adding new screens or automations to a running system works too; I look at what you have first and tell you what should stay and what should change.
Say hi
Tell me what you have in mind and we'll work out together whether it fits. If you're not sure yet what needs building, write anyway; the first conversation is there to make that clear.
